Shalom,
Welcome
to the Kerem El Messianic Synagogue web site.
Even though we are “up and running,” we are still under
construction. Hopefully
this will be an ongoing project!
As you navigate our site, please check out the About
Kerem El page. This
is our “mission statement” and will give you an idea of what we
believe. Also, the links page will direct you to the IAMCS, with whom we are
affiliated, and other sites that will be of interest.
Our
congregational scripture is Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans
I have for you,” declares the L-rd, “plans to prosper you and
not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
Appropriately, the model of Joshua and Caleb carrying the
grapes they found in the Promised Land has become our congregational
symbol. As the others
declared that there were giants in the land and they felt like
grasshoppers, Joshua and Caleb returned with a message of courage
and hope for the future. We are excited about our future here at Kerem El.
We are looking forward to growth, strength and G-d’s
continued blessings as we minister before Him.
Feel
free to contact me for information or dialogue. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Shalom
U'bracha,
Rabbi
Z.
