Havdalah
is a time for food and fellowship to be enjoyed by the whole family.
At Kerem El we are blessed to have the children, their parents and
their grandparents to share with us in a special time of joy.
The Torah tells us to teach our children about G-d and what he has
done for us.
As we sit and listen to the Rabbi preparing us for the days leading
to the High Holy Days we know that we are fulfilling the instruction given
by G-d.
What
a blessing to be able to open your home to others for fellowship.
G-d’s love is in that home and that love reaches out to all those
who enter.
As the evening ended we all knew that something special had
happened.
Our
next Havdalah will be August 18th.
Please plan to come and share in this special time with all of us
at Kerem El.
