From Our Mishpocha

April 2003

The month of April like the Month of March is very busy for us at Kerem El.  We have been preparing for our Passover Seder with Port Vineyard Church at Norris’s in Port St. Lucie, (see events).  Even though the church has been meeting in a school, they have blessed Kerem El abundantly by providing us a place to have our Shabbat Services every Friday night in an annex building that they use as an office.

While meeting with Pastor Gillette and his wife Donna to make plans for The Passover, we were offered the opportunity to come and share their congregation’s new space.  G-d is extending our boarders.  We are moving from a room that seated 40 people into a 3,000 square foot facility.  This is an answer to prayer for our congregation.  We will now have space for a children’s program.  Our new address is:  6811 Heritage Drive, just behind the Lexington Shops, South of Williamsburg Way which is on the West side of US 1.  Williamsburg Way is on the West side of the road 1/2 of a mile North of Johnny’s Family Restaurant, which is just North of Rio Mar Drive.

We held our first service Friday, April 4th and had a “Pot Luck” dinner on April 5th.  This past year we have seen the Spirit of G-d upon the people of our congregation.  We look forward to all that G-d has for us in the coming year ahead.

Shalom,

Roberta
